We created a single product that will enable Addify users to carry out their work to completion, by giving them a complete overview of their customers with additional insights.

The challenge
Addify is a product that supports tax advisors in their workflow. During a workshop with the launching partners, users notified us that sometimes they have to log in to four different external systems to find all the relevant data on their customers. Users find this process very inconvenient.
The solutions
With the insights gathered from the launching partners workshop, I was able to create a dashboard design through a few iterations to showcase the most relevant data for the users. Every widget on the dashboard has in-depth pages that contain additional detailed information regarding a specific topic. This way, tax advisors will have all the relevant customer information in an easy-to-use overview, and they won’t need to use other systems anymore.
